That Council authorize issuance of Development Permit No. DPM01102 for 1083 Columbia Street as shown on Attachment "A" to the report dated August 11, 2026, prepared by the Development, Engineering, and Sustainability Department. Note: Registration of Development Permit No. DPM01102 will be held pending a 5 m x 5 m corner cut at the intersection of Columbia Street and 11th Avenue.
