Let’s Explore Surge XT – Ryan Noakes Composer
A while back I was introduced to a wonderfully powerful and delightfully open-source software synthesizer, Surge XT. I told several friends about it, and a few had a difficult time wrapping their heads around how to get started. (The UI is a common complaint and can make it seem very intimidating on first blush) After giving them a quick walkthrough it was suggested I make some tutorials. I had a lot of fun creating these, and I think that as time (that rarest of commodities) and inspiration allow, I’ll continue to make similar videos, exploring Surge XT.
