Consideration of Bylaws

Council adopted Housing Agreement Bylaw No. 64-14, 2026, for 98 purpose-built rental units at 640 Lorne Street, which is located within the Purpose-Built Rental Revitalization Tax Exemption Area. The housing agreement is required for the owner/applicant to qualify for this 10-year tax exemption for increased assessed value.
