Activists speak on Parliament Hill as Gaza war reaches 1000 days – July 3, 2026

Human rights advocates hold a news conference on Parliament Hill to mark what they call “one thousand days of genocide in Gaza.”

Speaking at the event are Fareed Khan (founder of Canadians United Against Hate), Aliya Khan (co-chair of Doctors for Humanity), Rabbi David Mivasair (member of Independent Jewish Voices), Dania Kassim (lawyer with the Legal Centre for Palestine), and Senator Yuen Pau Woo.
