Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 55-115, 2026Memo – Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 55-115, 2026 Recommendation: That Council: a) acknowledge that the adoption of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 55-115, 2026, proceeded in error as the bylaw had not received first, second and third readings prior to adoption; b) direct staff to take all necessary steps to recommence the bylaw adoption process, including providing any required statutory notice and bringing the bylaw forward for Council’s consideration in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act; and c) direct that the Council resolution dated August 11, 2026, purporting to adopt Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 55-115, 2026, be of no further force or effect and not be relied upon for any purpose.
