Brocklehurst Recreation Centre/Park
Brocklehurst Recreation Centre/Park is a City of Kamloops community recreation site at 2470 Fleetwood Avenue in the Brocklehurst neighbourhood. Brocklehurst Park provides a playground, three mini-soccer fields, tennis and pickleball courts, and a basketball court. The park is dog-friendly on leash, with free parking available on the street and in the Brocklehurst Arena lot.
The park is directly beside two City-operated facilities. Brocklehurst Arena has a year-round ice surface measuring 80 by 185 feet, dressing rooms, an officials’ room, lobby, and seating for approximately 400 people. Brocklehurst Pool is a seasonal outdoor facility with a heated 25-metre, eight-lane pool, tots pool, one- and three-metre diving boards, and a slide. Together, the park, arena, and pool form an important neighbourhood recreation hub for sports, swimming, skating, and everyday outdoor activity.
