Hal Rogers Activity Centre is a City of Kamloops community meeting and event facility at 2025 Summit Drive, beside Albert McGowan Park. The centre accommodates up to 130 people and is suitable for community gatherings, meetings, celebrations and other private or group functions.

The facility includes tables, chairs, a small kitchen and free parking. Its location provides convenient access to the surrounding Albert McGowan Park, which features sports fields, a playground, seasonal water-play facilities, picnic tables, washrooms and nearby pathways.
