Hillside Stadium

Hillside Stadium is a City of Kamloops multi-sport facility at 910 McGill Road, beside Thompson Rivers University and the Tournament Capital Centre. The fully lit venue includes seating for approximately 1,300 spectators and a FIFA-certified artificial-turf field marked for Canadian football, American football, and soccer. The field can be configured with removable goalposts and is supported by an electronic scoreboard, sound system, media booth, dressing rooms, taping rooms, officials’ and press rooms, and hospitality spaces.

The stadium is also a track-and-field venue, centred on a 400-metre, eight-lane Mondotrack installed in 2023. Its competition areas accommodate high jump, long jump, triple jump, pole vault, steeplechase, javelin, shot put, and discus. Two additional grass soccer fields are located at the facility, making Hillside Stadium suitable for training, tournaments, school and university athletics, football and soccer matches, and track-and-field competitions.
