Kamloops United Church

Kamloops United Church is a downtown congregation and community gathering place at 421 St. Paul Street, on the corner of Fourth Avenue and St. Paul Street. With more than a century of Christian community and service in Kamloops, it describes its role as a centre for community and spiritual discovery, offering opportunities for worship, music, discussion, education and connection.

The church is an Affirming Congregation of the United Church of Canada, welcoming people of all ages, backgrounds, faith traditions and levels of belief. Sunday worship is held at 10:00 a.m., with services available both in person and online. The building is wheelchair accessible through the rear entrance and maintains a scent-free, inclusive environment.

Kamloops United Church also supports community initiatives, including the PIT Stop meal program for people experiencing food insecurity and a volunteer-operated thrift shop. The downtown sanctuary was extensively restored after a major fire in August 2024, and the congregation returned to the renovated space in December 2025. The church continues to provide space for community groups, gatherings and special events.
