St. Paul’s Anglican Cathedral is an Anglican place of worship in downtown Kamloops, located at 360 Nicola Street at Fourth Avenue. It is the cathedral church of the Territory of the People and serves as a welcoming, inclusive community for worship, learning, pastoral care and outreach. Regular worship includes Sunday services at 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., along with a Wednesday service at 10 a.m.

The cathedral has roots reaching back to Kamloops’ early Anglican community. The original wood-frame church was built on Main Street in 1888 and moved in sections to the Nicola Street site in 1924, where it was expanded and redesigned. St. Paul’s was designated a cathedral in 1935 when Kamloops became the region’s ecclesiastical centre. Historical features include elements of the original structure, stained glass from the early church, a cornerstone containing relics and documents, exposed beams and rafters, and a steeple above the main entrance.

In addition to worship, St. Paul’s supports community life through children’s and youth programming, volunteer ministries, a thrift store and food-oriented outreach. The congregation also participates in local service initiatives, pastoral support and reconciliation work with Indigenous communities.
