BLAZERS SIGN 2011-BORN FORWARD NIXON GAUDET

Kamloops, BC – The Kamloops Blazers have signed 2011-born forward Nixon Gaudet to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement. Gaudet was selected by the Blazers in the second round of the 2026 WHL Prospects. He recently attended his first training camp with the Blazers

Gaudet is from Ile-des-Chenes, Manitoba and stands at 5’8” and 140lbs. He played last season with the Eastman Selects U15 team and had 53 goals, 27 assists for 80 points in 32 games.

“We would like to congratulate Nixon and his family on signing with the Kamloops Blazers,” said General Manager / Head Coach, Shaun Clouston. “We are excited to be a part of Nixon’s development in the coming seasons.”

Gaudet is the third player from the 2011-born age group to sign with the Blazers. He joins first round pick Micah Montgomery and fellow second round pick Mazen Green in the age group.
